This Privacy Policy explains how Kelly Cloud Services Pte Ltd (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, shares and protects your personal data when you visit www.kelly.cloud, use the reseller console (c.kelly.cloud) or related services. We comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and other applicable data-protection laws.

2. Information we collect

1. Account information: company name, contact name, email, phone, Telegram handle and supporting documents such as business registration.

2. Business information: sub-customer details, top-up and order records, invoices, credit settings, commission and settlement records.

3. Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, access logs and data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

4. Communications: content you provide through forms, email, Telegram or other channels.

To open and manage accounts; provide distribution and settlement services; perform cooperation agreements; conduct risk control and compliance review; improve our products; send service notices and, with your consent, marketing communications; and meet legal obligations.

4. How we share information

1. Cloud providers: we pass the account and order information necessary to provision and deliver cloud resources.

2. Service providers: payment, communications and analytics vendors acting under confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

3. Legal requirements: disclosure where required by law, courts or regulators.

4. Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition or asset transfer, under equivalent protection.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Storage and security

Data is stored in Singapore and in the data centres of the cloud providers we use. We apply access control, encrypted transport and audit logging. We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes described here and as required by law.

As we operate in Singapore, Hong Kong and Taipei and work with international cloud providers, your data may be transferred to those locations. We ensure recipients provide protection no lower than this Policy.

8. Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or lodge a complaint about our processing. Submit requests through the contact details below; we will respond within a reasonable period.

9. Minors

The Service is intended for business users and not for minors. If we learn we have inadvertently collected a minor's data, we will delete it promptly.
